2018 – LivePicture GO wins Red dot award

As a complement to its commercial LivePictures, Mobilane developed a consumer variant: the LivePicture GO. This vertical plant painting is lighter and more compact than its predecessor, specifically designed for use in homes, kitchens, and gardens. In addition to ornamental plants, the LivePicture GO is also suitable for herbs such as mint, thyme, parsley, and chives, allowing users to always have fresh herbs on hand while cooking.

Red dot design award: an international recognition
The Red dot design award is a leading international design prize organized by the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen in Essen, Germany. In 2018, the jury received more than 6,000 entries from 59 countries, making it one of the largest product design competitions in the world.

On July 9, 2018, Mobilane was awarded this honor during a ceremony in Essen. As a winner, the LivePicture GO was given a place in the Red Dot Design Museum, the world’s largest ongoing exhibition of contemporary design. This accolade not only highlighted the aesthetic value of the LivePicture GO but also Mobilane’s innovative ability to combine functional products with high-quality design.
