What is the PSO performance ladder?

The Performance Ladder for Social Entrepreneurship (PSO) is a highly respected independent certification in the Netherlands, assessing organizations on their efforts to integrate individuals with barriers to employment into the workforce. Developed by TNO, the PSO is recognized as the benchmark for social entrepreneurship in the Netherlands. Organizations can be certified at various levels, with Level 3 representing the pinnacle of excellence in social entrepreneurship.

Our path to level 3
